PPCB Latching Relay Wiring Question

Hey all,

Sorry if this is a stupid question, my first time trying to use the Relay board switching.

Just want to confirm my wiring understanding.

In the image below:

1.) The Blue pads connect to the In/Out jacks
2.) The Red pads get piggy backed to the DC power jack
3.) The green pad connect to the 2 lug momentary footswitch (no polarity)

Is that correct?

Wellllllllllcrap.....of course I don't have a 78L09....I guess I've never had to use one.

As long as you're only going to power the circuit on 9V you can jump the outer two pads of the regulator together.



This only applies to this circuit, don't jump the regulator in other projects.

I was planning to use this on the Episode Boost with the charge pump. Still ok to do this?

edit: I don't HAVE to build the Episode, it was just a board I have lying around looking for an excuse to be built

Yep, you'll be powering the relay bypass module directly from the 9V supply ahead of the charge pump circuit.
