Quaverato (Space Paint Job!)

Just finished up this quaverato tonight. Love all the versatility. Still messing with the settings but I think I found cutoffs that are really nice. I have it so the harmonic effect is really pronounced.

couldn’t decide on black or white paint for this so I went a little outside the box and did white specks on black. The black and white theme really ties together nicely.

the kit was great. No complaints really. If you’ve built more than like two pedals you may find the directions tedious but for beginners they are excellent.

I didn’t do the midi port. Nice to know I can add it later but for now I wouldn’t use it

Thanks! Once I got the black paint where I wanted it I took the white spray paint and just barely pressed the cap so that it sputtered out. If the full strength of the can isn’t used it just sprays it in globs like this. Used a satin clear on it too and the finish is great

Love it! The paint really compliments the decal as well. Glad to hear you are happy with it. It’s a great pedal.
I find the depth needs to be at 3/4 for the harmonic trem to sound any good.

Thanks man! I agree the depth needs to be 3/4 or higher to really sound good. I’ve been messing with the DIP switches too and I settled on 300 901 (I think). Might bring them a little closer still. Also I had to really goose the gain trim to get unity around noon but I like the sweep more. It’s a Linear pot for volume so that could be why it sounded off to me.

the best thing about the pedal is that harmonic mix knob. Having the low frequencies throb while the highs come through less affected is killer for distortion or fuzz
