It's doesnt sound when is off and when It's on the noise is very loud

Sometimes it's work fine. Maybe some solder is bad...

Please move this to Troubleshooting. And do some visual inspection of both sides of the board. If there is a bad solder joint or conductive debris, you will find it. Way too much solder on the Si diodes. Make sure the JFET is tight in the socket.

Reflow and maybe add a tiny touch of solder to the pots, some of those resistors and wiring to the daughterboard.
