Sabbath- no sound when engaged

Back at it again, building things wrong.
I got this guy finished and was getting full bypassed signal, but nothing when engaged.
I double checked all the resistors and had to swap a few.
Now that I have that corrected. I am still not getting anything when it is engaged. As far as I can tell, the transistors are in the correct way.
is it possible that it is the footswitch or should I be checking something else?
I have my multimeter standing by!
Any advice is appreciated!

Pretty sure that "NP" means non-polarized, so it doesn't matter which way it's pointing. Did you check your wiring to make sure you've got the t/s connections correct?
By t/s connections do you mean the jacks? If so, wouldn’t it not work in bypass if that were the case?
Sorry if you meant something else, if so please tell.
I think the wiring is correct, but I assume having non polarized caps in there will cause it to not work?

Sometimes, sometimes not. In this case, judging from the schematic, both of those capacitors should be polarized.

Sorry, yes that is what I meant. By t/s I mean tip/sleeve. Seems to be a common mistake people make so I just wanted to make sure you've checked them since there aren't any photos of them.

Bipolar caps are fine to use, they don't have to adhere to the +/- markings and can go in either way.

I took one of them out and this is up close. Can anyone tell which side is positive/negative?
Which BC184 are you using. If it is the one from tayda it is probably a BC184L which is a different pinout and will cause you to have no sound.
well that is in fact the one I am using. So, I will flip that and the right caps in there and hopefully it’ll be good to go!

Bipolar caps don't have a +/- side and as long as they are still functioning you should be able to use them. It doesn't matter which way you insert them.

@Coda

The non-polar or bi-polar electrolytic can be used without regard to polarity. I have read that it's not a good idea to use them in power filtering, but I am not versed enough to say for certain.
I think that’s what I was thinking. I remembered reading it somewhere...
