Trying to troubleshoot the seahorse build. It has very low volume(I would say 25%) and sounds very thin.
1. Realized I had an old board so modified the pcb as follows in this post:
2. LED pulses and reacts to knob turns
3. All knobs have an effect on the sound.
So the board appears to be functioning correctly, I just can't figure out why it is so thin and quiet.

I think the schematic had a little problem, the pin 3 of INT pot should not be connected directly to the LED(D1), instead, it should be connected to the point between R31 and IC4.2's Output(Pin 7), so the Vf of LED won't effect the oscillator, and you will get a really tiny effect if you don't...
