This pedal rips! Such a nice clarity to the overdrive, really great sound.

I've included here a little hack that I use to make sure there's a little extra space between the pots and the board, utilizing a bit of little sticky notes.

Also this green LED from Tayda is brighter than the sun. I'm toying with the idea of replacing the CLR with something that doesn't scorch my retinas every time I look down. I checked a few different resistors on the breadboard today, and I got to 100k before I stopped testing. This LED is BRIIIIIGHT

Sticky Notes - Slick hack! Will definitely think of that for the next build.

CLRs - 100k!? Wow! I have a bunch of 3mm LEDs from Tayda, too. Indeed you need sunglasses for some of them with a 4k7 resistor. After my first pedal, I've started to trial out different CLRs, for sure.

Maybe I should check out your nuclear green LEDs for outdoor playing, though... The other day I plugged in outside, and direct noon sun will:
(a) drown out any/all brightness from indicator LEDs, even the bright ones, and
(b) still give me raging sunburn on my neck.

Yeah the tayda clear super bright led are just to bright when using a 4k7 for resistor xD
