Simple Reverb

I have an earlier PedalPCB reverb and it's really very good - perhaps a little noisy when turned up near it's limits but overall excellent. I can't remember what it's called but it only has one type - no mode switch. It doesn't sound spring-like, more like a plate or just good digital. It has 4 knobs - reverb length (dwell?), modulation, effect level and overall level. It fits nicely into a 1590B box.

Now what I would REALLY like is a similar reverb - I don't need more types, but I would like a tone control instead of the overall level control. I would like the guitar level to remain at unity and have the reverb level start at near zero and keep getting louder until maybe 3.00 where it begins to remove the direct signal - much like on the Strymon Flint. So the knobs would be Reverb length, Reverb level, Modulation and Tone.

Is this doable? Thanks! :)
