Source for flush-mount pots?

Hi folks,

I want to add a few external set/forget trimmers to a pedal and would like to use these nice-looking flushmount ones that blackstone appliances has on his mosfet OD:

Not sure where you get the metal ones but Bourns makes “thumbwheel” trimmers, the 3352 series.
