Sourcing HT8950

Hey all, I’m wondering if anyone has had luck sourcing the HT8950 chip used in the Roboto?

I’ve searched all usual sites (ie, Tayda, small bear, Moser....)

Any thoughts?

I got mine off Aliexpress, if I recall correctly. They were cheap and worked just fine.
