Always wanted to use the clear shaft pots, very happy with how it turned out. The reverb patches are great, loving the modulated reverb for over the top stuff straight off the bat. Also starting to get pretty good at the FV-1 soldering!

Looks great. Any tip for the IC soldering. I'm presently doing my first SMD project, and my only concern is the IC.

Looks like I forgot to take a gut shot, the thing is currently on my pedalboard so I'll see what I can do when I get home.

I use a small Chisel tip? for all my soldering. Fits nicely on the FV-1 pins as well. I just start with a tiny bit of solder on one of the pins, lay the chip down and line it up then holding the chip reheat the pin. Then carefully line up the opposite side and solder to hold the thing firmly in place. Then I just go pin by pin with the chisel tip on its side and it takes really well. Biggest hint it to have fine strand solder so you don't use to much. I also use a flux pen to wet all the pads and pins.
