Accidentally ordered a long shaft B2k pot. Is it okay to use a B5k for the depth? I am doing the fuzz dog mod with the dwell pot so I have the B5k as extra.
Otherwise I was wondering if I could just snip the leads of the B2k and solder where the legs are riveted to the board of the pot. Almost like a solder lug pot.
