Super '64 OD bias issues

HI guys, I just finished building a Super 64. Everything looks fine, but I don't get any Overdrive, just really low sound also at max of the volume. I managed to set the bias for q1 and q2 at approximately 9v at the drain of the jfets, but I can set q3 only between 16v and 18v.

Somehow I found that r7 was not properly soldered.
Now I have a too strong sound almost fuzz, the switch makes no difference and all the 3 pot are just like volume with no difference on the sound.
Regarding bias, you can see on the pictures what I can manage to set: for q2 and q3 21v is the smallest value I can set

Do you have anything insulating that 3rd pot?

Also check the center lug...I can't see solder in that hole.

From this other point of view you can see the insolation and the solder on the lugs
