top solder hole came off?

Hey guys! I was removing a resistor from my Kliche board with my solder sucker and I saw that the top solder hole came off with it... Will the pedal still work if the solder hole on the bottom is still good? Here's a pic... Its the 3rd resistor on the bottom of pic...

You can likely salvage it with a jumper or two

That looks like R28. It jumpers S1 to S2.

So even though the bottom hole is ok I'd still need to jump it? It's one of the 68k resistors...
