Transistor testers - do they test leakage?

Before I buy, just wondering, because the description is not great, whether something like this -

would test leakage? I have setup my breadboard to do the test but I am worried my second resistor is not precise enough and I would like to be able to use my breadboard for other things.

I don't know about that one, but the Peak DCA55 / DCA75 does.

I have the Mega one and no it doesn't measure leakage. Ge NPN and PNP will be off. I've been using the below method
