Which one do you prefer? This will be used for a retrofit module, not a breakout board included with a project.
Thankfully these switches have no keyway or white washer to debate over.
Style A is a bit more organized but the protrusion does have a slightly larger footprint for a component that already occupies a lot of room. | Style B can fit into a smaller area. Although the connections are scattered compared to Style A, they're grouped somewhat functionally and there is less crossover of traces on the board. |
