I worked up a PCB a couple months ago but it needs to be rerouted, there were some pretty bad noise issues.

I'd be interested in it. I know it's essentially 4 pedals in one

It's more like two Distortrons. Imagine two of those in series with a switch on each one that can take the output from the first BS170 stage (boost mode).
