This one is based on the Southampton Ictineo which itself claims to be a 1:1 copy of the Zeibek Designer Submarine.
A preamp/EQ for bass - that was good enough to consider it - but it's probably @Mentaltossflycoon fault that I actually built this, after reading his build report.
Although I'm not too much of a pream/eq guy, I really like the different sounds this pedal has to offer.
So far, I only tested it on its own, I guess it will also make dirt pedals sound different/better/interesting.
Easy build, surprisingly low parts count. I used some 2N5457 from Fuzzdog (and believe them, when they say that they have the real thing).
Graphics had to be something submarine, of course.
I thought about the Beatles for a hot minute, but nah ... the pilot light is yellow though, so there's that.
