Unfortunately my tuner is not tuning as well.

The other thing to try would be to go to the Settings > Advanced > Factory Reset. Then, power off and back on again and then use the foot switch to switch back and forth a couple of times. Does it behave properly at that point?

    Tuner not tuning

With LP2950 installed, what are the input and output voltages? The output side is the one closest to the 47uF electrolytic cap. The input is on the opposite side.

With MCP6002 removed, you still see only 1 VDC on Pin 8?

    Tuner not tuning

Sorry you’re experiencing any problems. First off, your build looks nice and clean and I don’t spot anything obvious. Just to double-check, the green cable you have plugged into the output jack. Is that correct? One other thing to try is going into Settings (tap the Q logo at the bottom right of...

    All DIY-Boards

Nice board! I’ve got code for a page turner for ESP32 but the hardware side of things needs some TLC. A couple years ago I had something cobbled together with various separate electronic components but it ultimately ended up biting the dust. I had a small lipo battery, a charge controller, a...

    PDF or Web-Based Build Instructions

I definitely like the control of how it prints using a PDF. You have full control over where the page breaks are, page numbering, etc. I guess I might be an odd one out where I avoid printing paper at all costs. I have an iPad that follows me everywhere, including the workbench.

Thanks for the great insights! We’ll keep using the PDF. I also just added a link to access previous versions (the whole website is hosted on GitHub): https://www.q-tune.com/build/

Right now we're using a PDF for the build instructions but we're curious which format you all prefer if you could choose.

    Q-Tune DIY Tuner kit

I’ve had similar thoughts but haven’t yet experimented with how to make that work yet. I think once summer activities and yard work stuff slow down I’ll have a bit more time to see what’s possible along these lines.

    All DIY-Boards

Yeah, there’s all sorts of possibilities with Daisy Seed. I’ve really only built the Flick for it so far. @keyth72 is the one who created the FunBox and all the cool planet series pedals. He’s done some really cool stuff!

    All DIY-Boards

Yeah, that 1590b looks out of place on that board but pretty incredible boards! I’m gonna cheat a little bit because I had to yank one undisclosed looper pedal off my board for a quick picture, but I’ll make up for it by showing my full DIY rig! L-R: Flick: A Reverb-Tremolo-Delay pedal...

    International Customers for Q-tune kit

That’d be an interesting project to tackle and one that is probably better suited for a full on desktop computer app would be my guess. Let’s say a tool like this maps out your fretboard … is it just informational or would you then take that info and modify the frets by re-crowning them/etc?
