A 9.1V zener is the correct target here, but power rating isn’t critical in this spot. Using a 1/2W instead of 1/2W is fine as long as it physically fits, and even a 1W zener will work without issues. Just make sure the voltage rating stays at 9.1V, as changing that will affect the clipping...
