question about a power supply filter resistor in an Expandora clone build

Hello,

I'm building Aion's Dynamo Reactive OD circuit, and im missing a 47R resistor for the power supply filter resistor at R21.

The closest i have is a 22R and a 10R. I also have bigger values like 330R.

There are other 47R resistors in the circuit (R6 and R18) so i wonder if using 32R instead at R21 could be fine,

or if i could use my 32R elsewhere in the circuit in order to free a 47R resistor for R21 ?

Can i ask why R6 and what does it do in the circuit ?

If im not mistaking, the power filter resistor helps with noises coming from the power supply, so if i use a silent power supply the difference should be barely noticeable ?

From what i could gather, this resistor is paired with a cap and it creates some kind of low-pass filter, so a 32R will only slightly shift the cutoff frequency, am i wrong ?
 
The 47R in the power supply forms a low pass so high frequency noise is filtered out. I would use the 47R in the power supply but if you have an isolated DC source you can chain your 22R and 10R there.
 
If you have an aliexpress account, there's some decently priced transistor kits on there.
The 130 value kit will have every oddball value you're likely to encounter. They were 2/3 the price when I bought them but still, it's easy to east up $32 in shipping charges on resistors. The leads aren't as thick as yageo or other mouser brands, but they have worked fine for me over the last few years.
