Evening all! I’m on the scrounge for a 470UF electrolytic capacitor rated above 35v. Does anyone have one I can beg, borrow, buy!? Or know of where I can get one that isn’t the size of a house! I need one to finish a build I’m working on. Thanks in advance. Phil

I’m in Canada and got mine from “pcboard” I haven’t actually used them yet as I have only used 9V so far. They came In a 5 pack so I have spares if anyone needs them. I’m happy to post them out to people. Drop me a PM and let me know if I can help. Phil

I built a similar size buffer and just used pedalboard dual lock. Worked perfectly.

Hi @Laundryroom David, I hear you!! I have used next gen a few times and even visited them last time I was in town. They do carry a lot which can be handy if I need things quickly. I have used Gorva as I like their stuff but it needs to be a big order as their shipping is brutal thats for sure...

Watching this with interest as im just about to place a big order with them. Mainly componenst so it shouldnt be too heavy but I have soem enclosures with them too so I may put them in a seperate order. No mater what we always seem to get shafted! even getting things from the states.

Always will to take suggestions on new ones to try. But keep it simple please 🤣

Ouch indeed. Like I said I dont mind spending on things that are worth it. Is a Fluke worth it? for a hobby? I have found some good priced used ones like I said. Just waititng to hear back about those. I have been looking at the LM2020 scope/multimeter. Maybe thats a good way to go??
