Check the voltages on pin 3 and 4 of the foot switch PCB, (1 on left and 6 on right), pin 3 should go to ground and pin 4 goes to R12. R12 is the voltage drop resistor for the led, the left side goes to the LED and the right side goes to the foot switch (pin 4).

Just switch out C6 100pF out of the circuit and its a normal channel. The bright caps are a HPF that cuts out a lot of lower frequencies from the signal, you never want bright caps if you use a bass guitar. I think that putting the bright cap on a switch is the only mod I made on my Bassdude...

Did you draw the numbers on your drawing back to front on your resistance measurements ? You have 1k5 between the input to pin 3 on V1, that should be on pin 7 on V1, run the numbers in the opposite direction and see if it makes sense. The pin you marked as No4 is actually number 6 on the socket...
