Thanks, All good points and at least I will try to adhere to the tips given. There is still an itch left as to why @bechbox had the same ones reappearing. And also the high percentage of ground pads. If it was only oxidation issues then the problem would be more general and evenly distributed. Imho.

Digging into memory, I would say that there are about 1-3 pads with the problem. But I thought all ground ones go to the plane and have the thermal narrow connection to the plane. So I would have expected either all or none of the pads goint to ground exhibit the same effect/issue. This subset...

I forgot to mention that all soldered points do check out in connectivity tests between its leg and the points it goes to in the schematic, so electrically it is probably ok.
