I recently built the Parenthesis fuzz. It works great and I really like the pedal so far. Only thing is, I used a toggle switch instead of the rotary switch and I am unsure what is being used for clipping in each position. I know using the toggle switch removes the Ge clipping option, but other...
No problem. So far of all the fuzz pedals I've built, the Kinetic Fuzz is my favorite so far. If you turn it all the way up, it goes stupid and breaks up making some weird noises, but if you back it off just a hair, it sounds great.
I may totally be missing it, but what are the correct pots for the Mask Us version of the Muffin fuzz. It has 100k listed for all three. Is that A100K or B100K or something else? Appreciate the help!
I have a set of PNP transistors that I received from Smallbear. I intend to use these in a Sunflower fuzz. Do I need to use the resistors that came with the transistors from Smallbear? If so, which ones would I want to switch out? Or should I stick with the resistor values on the PCB? Thanks for...
Same...but I got a response yesterday saying that he was finishing it up and hoping to have it posted ASAP. So I expect it will be soon. There is a thread somewhere on here that lists a few of the component differences with this version.
I am building a Kinetic fuzz and want to make sure I put the AC187 NPN transistor in the right orientation on the pcb. Is the yellow dot on the transistor supposed to match up with the tab on the pcb where the transistor sits? Or does it go in a different orientation? Thanks!
