Ok that sounds about right thanks, in the up position it sounds boosted so but otherwise they sound almost the same, I'll label them that way but I will bias and have another listen as well.

Does anybody here know what position is Silicon and what position is Germanium on the Twin Face toggle? To me both sides sound the same but I still have not biased the transistors with the trimmers so that may make a difference in tone.

Hello I am wondering what the trimmers on the twin face are adjusting and if there is a recommended setting? I suppose tone will vary based on gain levels and how tight the components all are within their tolerance levels however I just thought I'd ask because I finally got around to building 2...

I can’t seem to upload pics of the mistake but yeah removing the switch is a job I have not wanted to do maybe I’ll take a shot at it now though

Hey everyone I built the twinface but put the 4pdt toggle on the wrong side as well as the pots would that cool the IC chip TC044SCPA ? Also I didn’t realize I had used an A1K pot instead of a B1K for the fuzz would that have blown the IC possibly oh also the LED it got blown too any help/advice...

Hello I wanted to confirm that the line with what appears to be a negative symbol on my caps is intact the negative they also have the short lead on that side. Thanks Merry Christmas/happy holidays
