It will not remedy ground loops and noise that comes from running multiple amps at the same time?

For running multiple amps you need to have the channels isolated, like with a transformer.

BYOC used to offer such a build; you could probably figure out how to add the transformers and isolation to the PedalPCB 3-way splitter.
