Does anyone with a completed build or access to the "coming soon" build documentation or schematic know of a way to modify the clean/drive switch LED to operate like the real PDF-2 (green in clean mode, red in drive mode)? I understand that it is just a matter of switching which side of the 2 color LED is connected to the proper places, but can it be done with the supplied daughter board? or would it need to be a off board wiring situation?
From what I can determine on the daughterboard, looking from the solder side, you have these connections:
PCB HOLES: 1 2 3 4 5
SWITCH: 1 - NC - 5
2 - NC - NC
3 - NC - NC
The trace from daughter board 5 goes to the Cathode of the LED, so is this where I would need to modify the connection for a 2 color LED, assuming Pin 5 is breaking the connection of the LED cathode to ground?
