This has to set a new record for diode prices...
They are old and unusual, that's for sure.
But somehow I'm not feeling the urge to empty my wallet...
RCA IN3130 Tunnel Diode is a Germanium Tunnel Diode that was used by Tektronix in the early 661 oscilloscopes in the delayed pulse generation circuit. It was also used in the Tektronix 281 TDR Pulser (both products made in the 60s). The case was known as a M-83, the IP = 50mA and CMAX = 25pf. Our IN3130 Tunnel diodes are new - Made in the 60's and have a gold plated case. Rare! (copies from the website)
