As the title suggests, wondering if anyone has used a Supra-Tone or Tone Bomb body in a build. Supra sell USA made CNC bodies that are very much in the "cheap" category. $60-$150
Been thinking about piecing together another Bari with one of those Chinese 30 in tele necks. Was thinking of asking them to make me a JM/offset style without the trem route but man that Fireman is tempting too!
Tone Bomb has less shapes but fully customizable, though a higher price tag comes with more options.
Also, if anyone has 30" neck recommendations, I'm all ears. Musikraft looks like quality stuff but $$$. BYOG looks like marked up eBay Chinese necks. Pretty sure they're the same necks.
Though, I'd probably be happier with a $300 neck on a $60 body rather than a $60 neck on a $300 body.
