Anyone try the gt309 transistors?

hey all im looking for some russian germs in the 60-100 hfe range. My last gt310b’s out of 100 i got one in the 90’s everything else was 100-150. All very usable but im lacking for FF Q1’s at the moment. Thinking of picking up 100 gt309e’s but the price is a bit higher than ive been paying so just curious if anyone has bought these in the past and what you found.

GT309E are solid. Average hFE is 82, with very low leakage. Here are how mine measured at 70ºF with my DCA55:

I have noticed some variation in the same part types. Nothing out of spec but my first box of gt310bs i got a much wider range. I just sorted two boxes of 100 one was def higher hfe than the other. I didnt note leakage at all but none of them were above 100 as i recall. I suppose i could post my results
