So I went in for some more vibe coding and decided a phaser would be a little more interesting of a project to work on. I used both Chat GPT and Claude. Chat GPT was able to come up with a lot of details about emulating the effects of a phase 90 but pretty quickly warned me I had been dropped to a lower level model under my free access. So at that point I took the code to Claude who spotted some changes they wanted to make. Some of those didn't work but I just kept prompting what the new problems were and it sussed everything out. The effect as Chat GPT had set it was very mild so I asked Claude about intensifying the parameters and the new levels it recommended for depth and rate worked out very well in my opinion.
Anyways I think this is at very least a good starting point and with some refinement could be a nice/usable effect.
