Basic FET Buffer biasing, substitute FETs?

Hi,

I want to build a bunch of these and bought the buffer PCB here this time. I built a "basic FET buffer" with AMZ's PCBs and I hacked a trimmer to bias the FET.

Also, the schematic calls for J201, but the pinout doesn't match the PCB. J111 and a lot of other FETs do match. J111 seems "close enough" or am I looking at the wrong specs. Any suggestions appreciated.

Is there any recommendation here for doing that, or is close enough close enough?

TIA
