Box n all onboard eq

I am using the box n all as an onboard eq.
So hot from the 3 way guitar switch to pcb in, then out to the jack.

No stomp switch. Do I need to jump anything? Ie in to the out or switch to the out?

I am assuming the ground still needs to be grounded to the jack.
 
I assume onboard 9v battery, in that case be sure to wire up the guitar jack with TRS so that unplugging the guitar cable switches off the power (tie the battery - wire to the jack ring lug)
 
Or a disconnect-toggle to the battery, but you might accidentally turn it off during play, in which case you'll need something like this springloaded cover:
