Cheap Chinese Op-amps

Are they real? Ebay is thick with Chinese IC sellers with various op-amps priced at 10 pieces for a couple of bucks... a lot cheaper than say, Mouser. Can anyone say with confidence that I'm getting what it says on the label or are they cheap bulk chips marked as higher quality parts.

I'd say it's waste of money. I have some ali/ebay dirt cheap TL072 ICs.. and those are probably different chips.
