Corduroy Fuzz : How to get a bit more highs or high-mids in the signal ?

Hello,

I built an other circuit that I love but have a dark calibration : a Wampler Velvet fuzz clone, Corduroy Fuzz.

https://docs.pedalpcb.com/project/Corduroy.pdf

...and i already added this mod (bypassing fuzz part) :

https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/bypassing-fuzz-part-in-corduroy-fuzz.2951/#post-54081

I wonder if I could do a simple modification on this circuit, adding high-mids in the signal to get a more open sound ?

I also noticed 2 caps and a resistor around the Bright pot. Maybe I can try some other values on C18, C19 and R27... should I try to increase or decrease their values ?

Any help would be welcome !

Edit 1 : B50k instead of B25k for Bright is a really good start ... i can already hear more highs in the signal.

Use a lower value C19, I used 4.8nF instead of the 10nF. I believe this was suggested in an older thread. Probably similar effect to changing the B25k Bright pot.

Remove C18. I haven’t done this (yet), but was suggested by Mr Wampler in another forum.
