Ive got this old pedal that isnt working vref is measuring 6.4. Theres 9.3 coming into into the voltage divider continuity with ground on the other side. Resistors are in circuit and settle around 9k3. Its kind of an expensive pedal so i dont want to willy nilly desolder stuff.
Just not sure if the filter cap being bad could cause that, because the resistors “seem” fine.
