Crate GX130C Combo Chorus - Help Needed

I have an old Crate GX130C combo that is a decent amp as a pedal platform, if you can keep the volume under control. It has a nice chorus built in but it recently went out. I'm looking for some help as to where to get started troubleshooting. I've attached the schematic. The chorus section is getting power, when it's engaged I still get sound through the amp, just no chorus effect.
Any suggestions as to what to check?

Your first step is visual inspection. Do any resistors/caps look fried? Electros don't last forever. Heck, maybe the button to engage the effect is fried. Are there secure connections going to/from the effect? Next step IMO would be to confirm all IC are getting proper power just in the chorus effect board. Write down all voltages for each part.

I'd add cracked solder joints to buddy's checklist. The g130c is my favorite budget amp. I've had a few and there's always a handful of dorked up solder joints
