dumb question: trim pot to surface mounting pot...which lugs?

I know i should know this. But if i want to move a bias pot or any other internal trimmer, what goes to what lug wise
Imagine a triangle pointing up (pinout for most trimmers on these boards) does it go left, wiper, right?

I'm sorry this is super noob stuff
 
It has the lug numbers on the 3362P style trimpots. Triangle up it goes Left (1) Up (2) Right (3). Line that up with a potentiometer lug number and you are good to go.
