EEPROM Algorithms FV-1 Builds

Way back I purchased a few of the FV-1 multi effect projects but didn't totally understand at that time you could build your own EEPROMs. Recently I went through the custom builder options and it looks like there may be a few that are not on any of the pre-packaged projects and there is a little bit of inconsistency in the naming of the algorithms. Can anyone confirm or shed light on some of the below. A few are obvious but included them for posterity. I also included a list of all of the algorithms and the projects they are included. A long time ago @Feral Feline listed something similar in a related post but I thought I'd break this out into a dedicated post for this topic.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

It appears that SAMPLE HOLD FILTER or LOFI MACHINE, TREMOLO and DIGITAL DELAY are not included in any project?

MOST IN QUESTION:
LoFi Machine or Sample Hold Filter = Bit Crusher (Unsure)
Filter Modulator = Auto-Filter (Unsure)
Pulsar = Pulse Tremolo (Relatively Confident)

QUESTION ON HOW IT WORKS:
Kaleidoscope = BuGGFX Daydream (Confident) - The dedicated project includes a toggle for ascending and descending parameters. Does anyone know how this works in a custom EEPROM?

These I am confident about but wanted to include in case I'm wrong (known to happen) or someone else has the same question:
Hypernova Reverb = Modulated Reverb
Glimmer Reverb = Shimmer Reverb
Pitch Modulator = Pitch Modulation
Ring Modulator = Ring Modulation

Width control at noon is zero-width. Counterclockwise increases width descending, clockwise increases width ascending
