Electric Ladyland - help me calibrate

This question is more for the old timers here during the Fig days (we surely miss him). I remember a few years ago Fig passed around an Electric Ladyland PCB to most of us. I've finally put it together this afternoon and everything seems to work. It was partially put together months ago and left on the back burner since I had serious doubts on my SMD skills, but I was wrong.

This is my first BBD circuit. How the crap do I calibrate this? THere are 2 trimpots and only one of them seems to do something (takes out the squeal).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
