Emu Amp Simulator + 2p3t

Hello, I've bought several PCBs, and they're all very good. For the Emu Amp Simulator, I'm going to use it in a rack (formerly the PCB section of an old, broken Peavey).

I'm using 2-way, 3-way rotary selectors that I'll wire to the PCB, and I need you to confirm the following information (those indicated in the red boxes in the image) and whether I've correctly interpreted the schematic by tracing the SW1 connections. Thanks in advance.

For those curious about my project: it's a Peavey 400 Rhythm. There are very few photos of it; it's a combo amp with a 15" cabinet that I've replaced with a Celestion Fulltone. I'm going to use the 17 holes to insert several PCBs for fuzz, overdrive, reverb, and control switches. The cabinet has been restored and is intended for doom metal.

google translate!thx
