tdukes Active member Apr 23, 2019 #1 If you don't have 5 MPF4393 laying around, you may want to look for some before you order Bohemia so you can add some of the SOT23 adapters to your order. The ones I found were over $5 a piece. Mouser has the SOT-23 ones for less than $1.
