Help beginner with CV circuit design

I'm attempting to design my first circuit and coming in with about zero background on the topic. I want to convert pitch CV from my Etherwave Theremin that ranges from [-2.5, 4.5]V to a 0-5V level that can be sent to pedals that support CV. The compression will alter the 1V/oct scale but the goal is to allow effects to track with pitch. I've added attenuation and slew knobs to adjust the signal.

I'm hoping for a review my design to identify any beginner mistakes. Is 100k a decent value to use on the resistors or should they be larger? Can any section be simplified? Are there safety items missing?

I'm considering LM324 for the op-amp and plan on driving it with 9V from the pedalboard on the positive rail and a LT1054 on the negative. Should a 9V regulator be used on the power? I assume pedals clip CV inputs at [0-5] so any voltages slightly higher or lower than that caused by increased voltage from the supply or power fluctuations in this circuit shouldn't harm the pedals.

Thanks for your time.
