Katzenkönig Low End

I built a Katzenkönig on a Fuzzdog PCB and it is a brilliant dirt box, raunchy. I like it much more than a regular Rat.
However, I feel it does cut low end too much.
What could I do to preserve the Bass? Up the input (68nF) and output (1uF) caps? To which values?

Increase the input and output cap is a good trick, but these seems to me bigger enough. You can try to replace the 68nF with a 220nF, and the 1uF to 10uF, and see if you get more bass.
Maybe you should try to increase even some coupling caps, like C4 (150nF) and C9 (220nF), trying bigger caps. Maybe with these you'll get more bass boost.

I didn‘t like too much bass with my fuzzes. It easily sounds mushy and farty.

I didn't write here, but this is a thing that Tremster should consider, indeed. I advice to increase a bit of bass at a time, until the effect is right for him.

This circ is notorius for being inherently unfriendly to bass...
...that is to say: tough to dial in bass no matter what you do.
