Kliche Mini - Tone Knob

I had posted a similar question back in April but didn’t get a response. I’ll try to rephrase it in case the issue was in my wording.

I want to modify the Kliche Mini so that the tone knob adjusts a different frequency. (I’d like more of a high-frequency sparkle and less of a mid-high sound adjustment.)

I just wonder if what I’m asking is a simple change, like swapping a capacitor, or if it is really involved.

It appears that C15 may be the key component to address for altering the range of the Tone control. Use sockets for C15 and try a smaller value than the specified 3n9. I'd try a 2n2 or even a 1nF.
