Magnetron Delay 2nd LED question

Hey all, so I just finished populating the PCB for the Magnetron delay and just realized that it has a spot for a 2nd LED that I somehow overlooked. The drill template for the new revision doesn’t include a hole for the LFO LED, so the enclosure I have doesn’t have an opening for that either.

I’m hoping to get some help with what my options are. I don’t need an indicator light, so can I just not put an LED there or does it need to be soldered to complete the circuit? And if it does, and I just solder an LED that stays in the enclosure?

If you do not want the Rate LED, you can safely leave it out. If you do leave the Rate LED out, you can omit R28 too - it's just the CLR for the Rate LED.

Ok cool! If I've already soldered R28 onto the PCB is it fine if it's in there with no rate LED? Sorry if that's a super simple question, I'm still somewhat new to all of this so I'm learning some of this stuff as it happens haha.

You'll be fine. I've done it on another board and had no issues
 
I only started this stuff last summer, I know how exciting it is to move on from fuzz and OD lol.
