A Daisy programming pathway called `oopsy` was released.
I'm able to make couple of simple examples work so far:
* classic bleep - 440 Hz with a volume knob
* C chord, with a knob for volume of each of C, E, G.

I think of Max as the commercial fork of Pure Data. It is more powerful and has a vibrant community.

I'll probably be abandoning Pd for Max at this point. Who uses Max now?

Hey there. I’m fully loving Oopsy for my official Electro-Smith hardware but I have a couple of Terrariums on the way.
IF we know the specific pin assignments we can make a custom JSON output thingie so we can compile and flash directly onto a Terrarium.

If you read the history of PD, it’s actually the other way ‘round. PD is an open fork of Max.
Max IS far more powerful in the long run but PD is a bit more flexible, due to it’s limited instruction set and basic interface.
Like such as: You can compile down a PD patch to (sloppish) C++ which you can only do inside of Gen~ In Max.
There are also (limited) PD “players” for iOS, Android, and most Linux variants.
Max remains rooted to X86-64 Windows and (for now Intel based) MacOS.
For the moment........

interesting!

Petal knob assignments work for Terrarium, spatially

1 3 5
2 4 6

Would be good to validate switches, then make a mapping JSON, even if the Petal mapping would work, to be explicit.
