Muzzle noise gate, no sound!

Hey y’all! I would really appreciate a new set of eyes for this issue. My Muzzle noise gate has no sound when on. Bypass works. Getting proper 9v entering the pcb.

Here are the voltages for TL072 :
1-nothin
2-nada
3-1.2mv
4–8.36v
5-1.7v
6-nada
7-nada
8-8.72v

And the LT1054 :
1-8.72
2-4.37
3-1.6mv
4–4.14v
5-8.38v
6-3.8mv
7-4.12v
8-8.72v

Are your voltages all positive? I would expect pin 5 on the LT1054 to be a negative as well as pin 4 of the TL072.

Yes, they are in fact negative. Typo on my part.

I can't see any bridges or anything obvious other than I can't see a way pin 5 of the tl072 is getting any voltage since its tied to ground with the 1m. I'm not super familiar with this circuit, but the signal path is really short for at least getting some signal through. I'd make up an audio probe if you don't have one and see if you get audio outputting from pin 7 of the tl072, and pin 12&13 of the THAT4301 replacement assembly.
