One Switch for 2 True Bypass FX? Relay or IC suggestions?

I am looking for a reliable way to toggle two True Bypass FX pcb's, in parallel like two mono channels, on and off while turning one (or two LEDs on), in one enclosure. They are your common 3PDT switch circuit designs. Considering using a 4PDT footswitch, but I would lose the LED. My other options are to use an analog switching IC or a pair of small relays.

Does anyone have experience with this? Looking for the best quality, compact, and affordable parts to do this with. I have a good amount of space to work with (4.5"x1" total.. The footswitch will need to fit in that area also.

Any recommendations for relays, a switching IC, or another proven method?

Looks like running a 3PDT switch from 9V supply to rhe led and two DPDT nonlatching relay coils (to the wiring that would normally go to switch) can do the job.. or go the momentary 2PST to transistor/ic relay route (larger / more expensive). Would prefer to go the second route but cant find PCBs for sale to do it.. and the modules are too expensive to buy
as many as I want. Wanting to mod like 20 pedals, so simpler and cheaper is best.
