Pot and Kettle... add footswitch to the boost..

So I had this idea of trying this and I wrote it into the schematic, but is going to be enough to be a "clean boost"? I had this idea since I use the Golden boy, but I think this pot and kettle sounds better, I just want the extra boost...

SOOOO the big question is... Should I use this boost or should I include an extra boost ?

If I do this then instead of use the "in" from the board, I need to get a wire from the second lug switch, then wire another footswitch to the boost using the "in" and 3rd lug from the switch boost as the out, I wrote cut trace but since I'm aiming for the out it won't be necessary.

Can you give me feedback?

As you noted, if you offboard wire the switch, then there's no need to cut the trace.
A lot of people are going to see that before they read your post. I did.

Since you want a clean boost, then having the boost at the front of the main circuit is NOT what you want.
I'd use the existing boost, but wire the pedal up so the existing boost is AFTER the main circuit — that way you're not further saturating the circuit, but just getting the main circuit's sound only louder.

SO from your main bypass 3PDT go to the BOOST-SWITCH's PAD 2 — this is your circuit in.
From the PCB's OUT, go to your BOOST-BYPASS footswitch's in and wire that BOOST-FOOTSW to the main PCB's IN
PCB's BOOST-SWITCH PAD3 now goes to your master bypass or the OUT Jack depending on how you want to set up the boost, part & parcel or independently.

IF you're really adventurous, you could add a flip-flop toggle (or stomper) to change the order — between having the boost before or after the main circuit. I like this idea so much, I just made a note on the build-doc to do so when I get around to building this. I think I'll stick it in a 1590BB2 to give it room for the extra stomper and maybe add some more mods.

PS
HERE's AN IDEA
Add your FET210 at the end, and keep the Pot&Kettle's boost at the front — stick it in a 1590XX and have 3 stompers — one for each boost and of course the main circuit's bypass as well...

Great! I'll start doing some design to see if I can get it uv printed, and glad that I'm right, and thanks for help.

The thing with the fet210 is really loud, super loud, I guess I could try.

The mods I'm thinking in the 3 way switch to install two extra clipping, I guess some germanium diodes will be a really good idea since the design is super loud, so it is going to be stock, asymmetric and germanium.

thanks dude
